I am Alli and this is my HR blog.
It represents my thoughts on the issues and challenges for Human Resources. I decided to start this blog after complaining to my partner and his consultant friends (who all blog), that I could not find many Australian HR blogs. I enjoy learning and sharing information about HR, leadership, business management and knowledge management.
I have worked in the military, law enforcement and human services in HR roles - both operational and strategic. In my current role I work as a change agent with managers talking about their business and how they can use strategic HR initiatives to help them achieve business outcomes.
I am a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
In my other life, I am a mother, wife (in that order so my daughter tells me), I enjoy walking my dogs Meg (a Kelpie) and Maya (a Siberian Husky cross) and I love the beach.
