		<description>Difficult to manage - I like that one. If managers are finding Gen Y's difficult to manage then I'd suggest that apart from possibly having made a bad recruitment choice it's likely that they're over-managing, micro-managing or trying to enforce work practices that are no longer relevant and have been superseded either in favour of more efficient practices or just those more suited to modern / Gen-Y culture. So I'm suggesting that a difficulty to manage would indicate the need to change the style of management rather than perpetuating a management style that simply no longer works.</description>
